Hey all im very busy at the moment so thought id get someone here to do this.

I am currently running a "user-driven" picture site for Jamaicans.
The purpose of the site is to give jamaicans an additional
communication link. The site as it stands now can be found at
www.fiwishop.com

The site has three major sections
which I would need a template for:

- HTML Template with 2 pages. A front page and a subpage for all
the other html pages.

- A php template for the picture gallery. The gallery which I am
currently running and am happy running is Coppermine's Photo Gallery.
Please dont suggest another gallery for me to move over to and blah
blah blah....I am comfortable with this current setup and dont want to
change until I get enough money to implement something customized. I
just want a template for this gallery. This gallery can be found at
www.fiwishop.com/cpg/cpg1/index.php

- A php template for my message board which is SMF-Board, this
can be found at http://www.fiwishop.com/SMF-MBoard/index.php

I would like a detailed quote for each step and section.
