Ahh tera-byte is getting worser every day I begun to search for a better host so need your advice.

what I need :

PHP/1 MySQL database
at least 15 GB bandwith

no more than 15 $/month.no annual plans.

so can you offer a good one? at least no long down times.

I'd go for www.phenominet.com or www.gearhost.com though I have no experience with the latter :)

I did not hear good things about gearhost

www.phenominet.com has a suitable plan but 20$ a month so not suitable

thanks anyway

Phenominet is half off if you sign up yearly.

http://www.aletiahosting.com has a plan for $9.95/mo that includes 10 GIGs of transfer. You may want to look into that, if you can spare 5 GIGs.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I thought Aletia also had bigger plans with more bandwidth as well?

Ouch -- so they charge $20 extra for 5 GB of additional bandwidth?

unfortunately yes :(

allthough they are great they only have one plan that's suitable

10 gb=10$
the others are expensive according to the bandwith.

12 gb=20$

15 gb=30$

BTW I got an email from tera-byte saying the server that's I'm at has been upgraded to resolve the issues

they have said something smilar the last time I emailed them
do you think I should give them a last chance?
