We are using 2checkout at the moment and since paysystem IBA go bust, we no longer have a backup. We are looking for a merchant account.

This is what we have:
We are incorporated in U.S.
We have U.S. bank account
We are based in Indonesia (yea, regret that I was born here)
Average 5000 monthly with 15 average tickets
We don't mind rolling reserves, setup fees

What we don't have:
SSN

What are our options or where can we get a merchant account?

There are some options available to you since you you do have a United States Presences. It also helps to know what services / products that you might be offering? It seems your average ticket is about $330.00??

We are in web hosting business. What kind of option do we have? Which provider can provide us with Merchant Account? We tried EDC World, they said they can help us but their domain whois info doesn't look promising.

There are many providers out there, never heard of EDC world. They might just be a reseller for another company, but it should state on there who they resell for or if they are an ISO. If not then that is when the red flag should be raise.

Well so far, we couldn't find one. Other providers that accept us require us to register an European company for $1000/year. :(
