Hey everyone,

I really want to install plesk, so I did all it told me to get rid of; dhcp, iis server and some other things I had to do.

But the one thing I cant get past is, its asking me to uninstall mysql, i've tried deleteing the directory and terminating the service and it still says uninstall it - How can I do a full uninstall of mysql on windows?

You need to uninstall the service not disable it. There is a switch accepted by mysql.exe to do it, please refer the documentation. I usually uninstall services with a custom application written by me for these tasks. Do drop me a PM if you are interested in getting the same.
