This shows they are a fairly new company..

I'm a little late in finding this post, but I use Bliksem Hosting and would highly recommend them! Since leaving as a host, I've had a difficult time finding a host who's up to the task. Bliksem has been fantastic!

I've had one short bit of downtime, which they communicated to me by email as it was happening and kept me up-to-date throughout.

The support is top-notch. Really can't say enough about support!

I think you'd be very happy in choosing this company! I know I have been and haven't second-guessed my decision at all. As a former host myself, I have huge expectations and expect excellent communication and service and Bliksem has more than delivered!!

If the support is really as good as mentioned, I think I am putting them on my list for semi-dedicated server hosting. :D

I have to say their support is the best I have ever experienced over more than 10 hosting companies I have tried so far.

The interesting thing is that on their ticket system, you can choose priority like 30 mins, 1 hour, 2 hours when you create a ticket.

I thought it is just a gimmick, but so far I got an account with them for like 1 or 2 months. I asked many questions and requests. They managed to answer all my tickets within the priority option range.

So they are A+ for me up to this moment.

Excellent support services - i regularly use their support :P as they may be able to tell you. Someone always on AIM - you get quick replies on the ticket system. For dedicated servers: They do their best to get the servers online if there is any problems. Also fix minor issues for me at no extra cost. Havent had any trouble at all with the firm. They may be new but the support team are by far the best i have seen! Not letting this company go - almost too good to be true!

I long looked for to myself a new hosting. Here, on webhostingtalk.com I have seen the offer from bliksemhosting.com . I have interested also has bought to myself at them account.

I have been with Bliksem for some time now and I have to say that they just ROCK! I just purchased more from them. Support Support Support.. 24/7 a REAL person. They do not give one word replies to your problems. whatelse do you need to know?

Uptime is great, support is OUTSTANDING. The staff are always friendly. I cannot say enough about Monty. He is there head admin.. I think the guy never sleeps..

If you are thinking about setting up a server or just looking to setup on hosting account.. go there.. you WILL NOT regret it. I normally do not brag about a company like I have Bliksem..

Do a search on managed.com and see what I have to say about them.. STAY AWAY from managed.com. if you deal with managed. you are asking to be treated badly. No support, they will drop you and delete your data 5 minutes after they pull your server.. and they will pull your server for whatever reason they choose with NO notice whatesoever.

Bliksemhosting.com does what they say they will do. Simple as that!

I just got a semi-dedicated plan with bliksem for 2 weeks now and I am very impressed with their customer support and uptime.

I opened 3 support tickets at first, and they were all answered withing 15 minutes without no sarcasm. They have all the ingredients to become a huge player. All other hosts will be shaking if bliksem keeps this up.

I'm interested in a bliksem account but I'm concerned that they don't have a support forum. To me, a support forum is the best guarantee that a company is as good as they say they are.

I asked customer support the same question. The answer is they are in the process of adding a forum. It got put on the backburner for a while because of the PHPBB security issue.

I wanted to be with them, but thet recieve only cards with AVS. I talked with support serviece in my bank (biggest in Russia). They say, that this only in US and some Europe country, so I don't now, how they will work with other! They lost me, as the client. They talk about e-gold, but this also so hard for me! So if they will recieve general VISA< I may be move some project to them!

We provide five different ways to make payment for services. We accept Visa, MC, PayPal, Western Union or E-Gold but the order must also pass our fraud verification process.

AVS is only one form of screening we have chosen to employ, but yes, if your bank doesn't support AVS then your card will be declined. You always have the choice of making payment visa E-gold, Paypal or Western Union if your card declines.

I recently join blikster hosting and move with them different accounts.
I just only thank them for the great support service.
They help me to install account from a cpanell full backup i uploaded into the root account.
They are very professional and kindly.
I hope they still professional if will be problem with server, but, for now, A+!

I'm waiting for the forum also. How hard can it be to set up a forum? If you don't have time to set up a licensed V-Bulletin, at least throw up a SMF or PHPBB and then convert it later on. It shouldn't take more than a half hour to set up.

We're not just throwing up a forum. We tried the regular forum route and it was very bland. Actually, when it was up noone used it.
For this reason, we are creating a new community site for our clients where they'll have a forum, resources, news and industry headlines.

This takes a tad longer than &quot;throwing up a SMF or phpbb install.&quot; We feel that if it's worth doing it should be done right.

Our clients will be notified when the community launches.
