Most people wanna get money out of paypal but I want the opposite. Problem is I donīt have a US account nor am in a country who can deposit money.
Can I use my credit card to pay to my paypal account? ie. pretending Iīm paying someone but actually is my account?

...because if a non-US user (who has a US bank account) goes to the 'Add Funds' screen, he gets this:
"Add Funds
By adding a checking or savings account, you can transfer funds from your bank account to your PayPal account using Electronic Funds Transfer.
If you have a bank account, you will need to initiate a bank transfer through your bank to add funds to your PayPal account.
Transfer Funds From a Bank Account in the United States
3-4 Business Days - Free!"
No mention about funding from a credit card by non-US PayPal customers.

Non-US users can't fund their accounts using CC. You can still send people money without having to fund your account beforehand by linking your credit card up to your Paypal account, though ;)

One more thing to note... You CAN NOT send money to another PayPal user using your Credit Card as the funding source and then ask that PayPal user to refund your payment. A friend of mine tried that and when the other PayPal user refunded the money, the money went straight back on to the credit card as a credit.
Bottom line is non-US users can not fund their account with a credit card.
