am goin to buy a reseller account from this company cuz of its pretty cost :D and for its support (24/7)
so, does anyone try it before or have an account there .. ?
and what's your advice to me before i contact with this company .. ?

I saw the error upon your order it was domainc.om. Instead of domain.com as your email domain.
I went ahead and fixed the problemed and resent the email for you.

So far, EXCELLENT support!
I've had many issues with transferring at the fault of my previous host....but William and team did everything they could. Response to a ticket is SUPERFAST.
Oh, and they must have a LOT of tolerance....cause I've been constantly at them! :-)
Anyhoo, all is well....I will report back:-)

So far, what I notice is their support is brilliant especially from William and the tech team. Response is fast normally within 10min.
Another good thing have to mention is, their server is super fast. My account hosted on a server with 4 x Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 2.80GHz with 2GB RAM.
I have to give 2 thumbs for William's great support. :D

That's just 2 physical chips, and not 4, if they're using Dual XEONs. :)

Gazzin server's uptime is very bad so far, although their support is brilliant.
acnet 10-05-2004, 08:21 AM Actually their server uptime is really good, just that they are having some problem with new server. Last time the server where my account is hosted on was faced the same problem as well where there were some people signup for the trial account and use for spam. If you read from their forum, under client support, you will have an idea what is going on with their server.

I think they will be better and better... in future.
I was in Panda and I had problems of downtime and server overload for almost 2 weeks... but now it has been ok for a good time! Everything back to normal.

I've been trying to transfer stuff to a new hosting company with a bunch of problems for two weeks....and now this....
I think I'll have people leaving me by the end of the day....

sitespt 10-05-2004, 07:15 PM I think the old problem in Panda of Up & Down... was a person (or some persons) that were causing this problem, overloading the system MAYBE with SPAMM.
So... maybe they were transfered from Panda to Cheetah???? This is just a guess...

radiorange 10-05-2004, 11:23 PM I signed up with Gazzin on 27 Sep 04 to get away from a hosting company that can't seem to keep its server running.
I was lured by the price, storage, and bandwidth at Gazzin.
Now on 5 Oct 04 and I have a customer on my back because cheetah is down, again. Multiple times since 27 Sep 04.
I have gone into chat on two of the times the server was down and asked what the problem is. They never know. If they don't know, then I have no confidence that they know how to fix the problem and prevent problems.
I sent a cancellation to Gazzin tonight (with the welcome info they sent), and instead of cancelling, they write back and said they need this and that. Too much nonsense.
clanosiris 10-06-2004, 12:40 AM Cheetah's issue is resolved. Those who are clients there is a brief explanation on why there was downtime. Also explains the constant crashes some of you experience on September 27. This issue all has been solved today.
radlorange - the cancellation request which you sent which I am looking right now doesnt prove your the actual owner. We merely need the information requested by our department for security reasons so we may properly terminate the account. This is to avoid people "pretending" to be the holder and getting an account terminated. Please understand this, i understand its a nuisance but its standard procedure to prevent our security from being compromised.

aura9 10-06-2004, 02:36 PM I too am considering Gazzin, however, they do not offer 3rd Party Uptime statistics. If you search WHT for things to look for in a new host, you will notice that this is an important step in finding a new host.
My opinion, If they do not provide 3rd Party Stats, they may be hiding something. Go with a company that is honest and reveals this information without any problems.
I am not saying Gazzin is dishonest. Furthermore, they did respond very quickly to my emails. However, I would not go with a host who does not reveal their uptime.
Master_Wish 10-07-2004, 12:47 AM i am a full gazin member and i have been through all this downtime but in the past week or so they seem to have solved all the problems with panda. i havent noticed any downtime. there service is great and i would recomend them.
