I started some threads in the Sub-Forums about the services of
BulixHost.com and ResellersPanel.com because I'm making a comparison of
them.
I made similar questionaries to them and following are the quiz and
answers : ( A or B doesn't means anything about my preferences only is
the a.b.c.d....)

Body I'm really interested to be a Reseller so my questions are the
following :
1.-Did Bulix authorizes the Reseller to co-brand the Services by using
Bulix
name and logo along with the Reseller’s name and logo ?
If not, can I at least put in the site "powered by BulixHost" ?
2.-Did Bulix authorizes the Reseller to make a modified version with
the
Reseller brand of the Bulix Data Center Page for marketing purposes ?
3.- You say that we'll receive our earnings every 2 weeks. But how long
is the
waiting period to reserve charge-backs in the begining ? ( 30, 90 , 180
days ?
)
4.- In the Platinum Plan did the customer really own the Free domain
name
after 1 year of use it and/or if he leave the service before that so he
need
to pay a charge ? If yes, how much ?
5.- If the reseller want to leave your service what happen with the
charges
and their customers ?
Is there a charge to leave the system ? If yes, how much ?
Sorry for the long questionary but I'm want to be a sucessfull reseller
and
that will benefit you and me ( win-win condition )

Thank you for your interest in our services. Here are the answers to
your
questions:
1. You have the freedom to link to us if you want to do so. By default
it is
considered that resellers would like that we stay anonymous. But if you
wish
to know that your clients are actually getting the services from us -
no
problem.
2. Yes, you are free to do that as long as you don't state that this is
"your"
datacenter or either "our" datacenter. It is just the data center we
use. It
is not ours.
3. By default payments are send 15 days after the payment has been
generated.
However, if your account has a high level of sales and suspicious
transactions, we may delay the payment until all transactions are
verified.
This could take a long time, but should take no more than 30 to 45
days.
4. The Platinum package comes with a free domain registration for the
period
your customer stays with us. When he decides to leave, he can take his
domain
name. However, he will have to transfer it into his own account at the
registrar so he will be able to handle the renewals. There is no fee
for doing
that, unless the customer decides to pull the domain name into a
different
registrar.
5. There is absolutely no charge if you decide to leave us. Of course,
you can
also take your customers with you, but it will be up to you to transfer
they
websites and accounts to the new place.
If you decide to leave your customers here, they will become officially
hosted
by Bulix.

Hello,
1. The idea of resellers panel about this issue is to leave the
customers unaware about it so they sign up through you. But if you want
you can do anything you want with your resellers website (:
2. I am sorry but we do not authorize modifications of our brand.
3. As soon as you reach the day of the mount and have more than $50.00
commision it will be sent to you right away.
4. When a costumer recieves a free domain name. He is registering it
for
1 year. He has to pay for renewing it when it expires. When it expires
it will be available once again.
5. There is no charge for leaving the system. Your account and your
costumers remain and your costumers will still keep paying you.
If you want us we remove your account and redirect your costumers
payments.
