Much too broad a question. You need to give us a little more information to get any assistance. What are you choosing a host for? What are you trying to accomplish?

basically I'm looking to move from my current host to a place with More reliable support. I want someplace where I can call to get an answer not call and get an answering service. I also expect an answer within 24 hrs and a reason why the problem happened. I also would rather not move again. ( I hate moving)

I've narrowed it down to apollo or verio.
