Never heard of them, do they have lots of downtime or is support just non-existant?

i really do not know what happened to these guys. They had really good service and support in the beginning. Lately, after they transferred their servers (i guess only some of them) to a different data center, i've had constantly uptime problems. They blame it on spammers, but now the support is gone too.
I wrote to them and asked to be trensferred to a different server, and they said they will do that. Now over a month has passed, nothing happens, servers go slower every minute, down almost every day.. Even after i told them if they won't do anything, i'll move to another host, they did not answer or do anything..

So now I'm trying to find a new host.

Well... I was hosted with those ppl aswell and service was OK for a few month. But since a month or 2 they stopped replying to support questions, reconfigured the server without prior notice and had a lot, very lot, of downtime (around 80% and less uptime) with frequent outages.

So... I got a new host.

btw when i sent them my cancellation they replied within a day... :)
