My server has been down . I post support ticket and waiting a answer. i'm to fret from having to wait too long :angry: .

I did some leg work on this. Your bill was not paid and that is why the server was disconnected.


Billing staff don't come in until 6am EST...

You server is not down. It is unplugged becasue you didn't pay you bill...

If you have not paid your bill, there is no body to blame but you. As Steve stated their billing team comes in at 6AM EST, it is only 9:13 PM EST, You will have to wait atleast another 9 hours before it is 6AM. Good luck.

Just an FYI, I did give the support team the ok to re-enable the server until morning....
