An IP address that I received from ServerPronto was listed in the Spamhaus database from before I owned it.

I made a complaint to ServerPronto.
They gave me a new IP within a day.

Then, I checked the Spam database lookup on dnsstuff for the new IP.
The database stated that I did not have a PTR record.
I requested that ServerPronto set the PTR record for my domains email server name.
That was completed the same day.

I just wanted to let ServerPronto and everyone else know that I appreciated the service provided to me.

Glad to hear you are enjoying your service. We see so many negatives that its nice to see some positives. Keep us posted on your experiences.

I think that the positive and negative experiences should both be aired. This way everyone has a better understanding of what to expect from a host.
