More than welcome anewcomer :wavey:
ClientExec is very good software so far, but what you're looking for?

If you are referring to their SSL in the message, it is issued to www.clientexec.com & they link over to https://clientexec.com/members/signup.php instead of https://www.clientexec.com/members/signup.php

It is interesting though how they let pre-sales questions go like for over 24 hours though. (Still a little confused like Nilomedia - what are you wanting to know?)

Hello anewcomer.

Really, those questions posted on the thread are not priority things to have on a website. Maybe the date they started, but that isn't really needed because of the type of services / products they offer. As well, it clearly states what they sale, product information, who they are, and general information on there website. When you say, "are they a professional company", what do you mean? In my experience, it has always been a professional company, as far as support, account activation, and getting updated.

I think I already stated I wanted to know who's running the company, where they are, and their contact phone number. None of these is available on their web site.

Maybe I'm just too new to the way businesses on the Internet operate and just so used to the traditional way of doing business; getting to know someone well before giving my business to them.

I wouldn't care too much the product is just something not important like game software or something but ClientExec is a billing software; billing software is a very important bussiness tool to me. I don't want to get such an important tool from someone I don't know. What if the software contains some malcode that steal your customer info? Who would be liable for that?

I'm not saying CE would do that, but just for my protection.

I've heard so much of these things nowaday on the Internet. Anything can happen.

I really like CE, it looks very good compared to others. Maybe I didn't word my questions right but that's all I needed to know before I can make a decision.

Thank you all for your responses.

Thanks.
