I want to move many sites that I have in my dedicated server, to a reseller, as I willl change the OS (from RedHat to Debian) and unistall CPanel.

I would like your suggestions please, about which company can offer the following :

1.Very good uptime (I have had no downtimes for a year with my dedicated server)
2.BW around 200-500GB / month
3.I prefer the datacenter to be located in Europe
4.SSH access
5.CPanel for at least 50 domains
6.OS RedHat ES 3 (it is a must - don't ask why)

I am not putting any price limits as I haven't search yet. I really want your thoughts.

I have been in the past with Downtownhost.com (very good company but not reliable for resellers), hostforweb (terrible performance issues - not recommended).

I would honestly recommend a VPS for the requirements that you have put forth. I've recently added a server at Atjeu.com and have been very happy with their service so far. Mind you, I've only been there a few weeks, so I don't have a firm grasp of things just yet over there :)
