Well here I am one year later( 2 hours shy if your really counting lol ) , It doesn't seem that its been that long . BlueWho is what every host should strive to be I have found them to be honest , reliable and they actually care about you and how you are doing , they grasp that a reseller provider is only as good as their clients and vice versa , they know their stuff but they haven't lost the human touch .
Server Uptime has been great in both data centers support is the fastest I have seen but the true mark of what BlueWho is about could be seen during the DedNow Data Center move. Adrian and team were calm they kept us posted even when there was nothing to post they let us know they were there and they were "on it" , we all had major down time because of the DC move but there was not one cross word posted either client side or by the support staff , Adrian even offered refunds even though the downtime wasn't BlueWhos fault , because of the environment thats been created at BlueWho , Hosts truly help each other with advice a hand with a script or help with a stubborn design element this feature makes the experience at BlueWho even richer.
I am not a big fish in the hosting world but Adrian and team do not make that distinction , everyone gets the same high quality service.
Being a host was a dream of mine , one that has been brought to life by hard work and the support of BlueWho.
