Hello Web and Graphic Designers,

I am needing someone that can do the following.
Website Design, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, PHP, MySql.
This person will need to know how to make special sections for admin's, Staff, Teacher, and Members. The normal user that do not sign up will only be able to have access to sections that are for free.

The Admin/Staff/Teachers section is all one as these are the people that will be making most of the things for the Members.

The Members will need to apply for a membership and pay a small fee via Paypal.

I would Ask that only seriuos people contact me about this, and I would ask if there is a way to keep the Price within my budget this would aslo be very helpful.
