One of my servers with Tomsyer.net has been down for over 35 hours now - housed at ThePlanet DC.
WIth no idea or communication about when it will be coming back up, and while being given no asnwer as to why it's down in the first place - DDOS attack on network? Tomsyer.net not paid for server? - I now need to setup another server quicktime.
Can anyone recommend any dedicated server provider who can provide instant setup or near to it, and who have decent support responses? Price is not really that important - reliability is the most crucial issue.

But why close this ticket? This is not a resolved issue? My server has been down for over 35 hours now, and I think I could at least be given a straightforward and honest explanation about why it is down, why it hasn't been brought up yet and an ETA of when it will be brought up again.
All you have to do is be honest and give an explanation to your customers, not continously beat around the bush and say that "you are looking into it" or "investigating it", because you have been looking into it and investigating it for the last 35 hours!
Is Tom about? Please ask him to reply to my ticket.
