Looking to have some build an abuse system in PHP kind of like hostabuse.com but with some other cool stuff like spamcop.net has.
Like stats, Top 10 Abusers, Top 10 non-payer, Top 10 Abusers, Search tools, All complants go in to a QUE to be checked.
Want to have a good way for hosts to know who and why not to host a site if it is a spammer or some one that signs up over and over and uses a stolen card..
We are palning on or wanting to team up with spamhaus.org to help out with the spammers that go around..
So PHP4, mySQL system is all that is needed.. Please email or post bid here or ideas on the system. Thanks
