It seems that there are quite a few good posts about fastservers.net, but none of them ever discusses the provider in details. It maybe that the service is really good (and the customers happy, and therefore, no post), or there may not be a lot of customers out there.

I am just wondering if you would be willing to share your experiences with fastservers.net. The criteria that I am looking for is as followed:

Set-up time (from 1 to 10, 1 being terrible, and 10 being orgasmic)
Network reliabilities/availabilities (1 to 10)
Support response time (1 to 10)
Issue resolution time (1 to 10)
Support quality/competency (1 to 10)
Overall experience (1 to 10)
Would recommend to friends (1 to 10)
How long have you been / were you with fastservers?
What defcon level did you use?
Pro?
Con?
