What happened to rackshacks XO gbit link they were installing ??

Basically, the VP OPerations was not happy with the rate/terms that the VP Sales had agreed to so they decided not to honor the agreement. With business practices like that, it is no wonder they are unlikely to make it after all. GIG coming up from TW on 1/25 and a GIG to Verio coming up early Feb. Plus, we will be putting the Cogent back into service after LuxN completes their evaluation of our siutation. We had a problem with Cogent's Cisco talking to TW's Luxn talking to our Juniper router.
