Instead of moving 2 domains to the same place I am considering moving the domains seperately. (This way if I leave the club it can continue on easily )

One of the domains is a not for profit breed group. I am looking to pay between $25 - $50 per year ... below is what they would need - Can it be done??

Any recommendations?

50 - 100 MB of WebSpace
1 GB of bandwidth ( I don't think they'll use that much )
2 pop accounts
10 forwarding addresses
Unlimited updates via FTP account
Unlimited e-mail aliasing
Free E-mail Forwarding Service
Access to several "ready to use" system-wide CGI scripts
FrontPage Extensions
Daily Web Server Usage statistics (web based - viewable on-line)
Option to create Password Protected Pages
No Transfer Limits
Free unlimited e-mail support

I think you mean 2GB, not 2MB.

Anyway, try http://www.webguyz.ws/. They look pretty good, and they have a few specials going on now, but you need to have a paypal account to signup.

Worldzone has got a lot of its issues sorted out. As things stand it's a good choice for hosting in that price range. My site has been running smoothly there for a while now, making me glad I stayed around.

Check out AffordableHost (www.affordablehost.com) I use them for speedlimitz.com and they have have a plan for $30/yr which is pretty good!
