How do I do this?

For example, I was once banned from a message forum. They banned both my account and IP address.

I used a Website called "SafeWeb" - http://www.safeweb.com and I was able to visit the message forum once again. I can't use the service anymore, because they changed it.

So, I was wondering if anyone knew of a similar Website, or program?

If you're wondering why I am asking such a question, I'll tell you..

I was recently banned from a virtual chat thingy, for an unfair reason. So, I am planning to find a way to get back on, and explain what had happened. (To one of the moderators online).

Thanks! If my message was confusing in any way, just tell me.

You need a proxy program such as MultiProxy(free):

or Anonymity 4 Proxy(better but $35):

If you were banned, you were probably banned for a good reason.
In any event your presence is not wanted, so why bother going
through the trouble to give admins a hard time.

Sorry that I am not helpful in your situation, I just think that
the reason you want to use a proxy is not substantial enough
for you to learn how from me.

Yes I agree! Just let it be and move on with your life.

Maybe you should contact the moderators by other means, like email? Trying to get your way into the forum (especially that have banned you for a reason) will make you look rude to other members of the forum.

Sounds like a flame war in search of a match.

If your sincere goal is to beg forgiveness, then you're best served by fine-tuning your groveling skills and contacting the moderator directly by pm or email. Regaining entry to the "chat thingy" by stealth won't help your case at all.
