I am looking for a script (preferably PHP) that can monitor and report to me how my advertisements on doing.

I would basically like to place multiple advertisements on multiple websites. Some of these advertisements will be rotating, some will be on other parts of the website (on the same page). I would like to see the click through ratio (CTR), impressions, and various data.

Does anyone know of such a script/program that they have been satisfied with?

I looked at hotscripts & google, however, it seems that there are quite a few out there, and I figure I would ask the crowd rather than downloading and installing a 100 variations of a script to find one that works good.

IF all the sites are owned by you, the de facto standard (pretty much) is phpAdsNew.

If the sites are not owned by you, you're at the mercy of the sites' owners as to what data you see. I don't know of any ad script that can monitor your ads on someone else's server.

The majority of them will be owned by me. Thank you for your suggestion, I will add phpAdsNew to my list of things to checkout.

This makes sense to me. However, I assume ther would be a way to atleast monitor clicks by sending them to a special URL (that then forwards to the real website)?

Yes, that would be the only way to monitor off-site ads. Then again, you can only monitor click-throughs from that perspective. There's still no way for you to monitor impressions or anything else.
