Telnap Internet Services is hiring a all-around experienced tech as well as someone with experience managing a company.

We are currently looking for qualifed candidates:
Over the age of 18 and have verification
With a good knowledge of a cPanel linux server (root, reseller, and client level. Ability to troubleshoot problems if neccessary.
Experience with Kayako Esupport and WHM Autopilot
Must have had experience in a company which is currently active in the hosting idustry. If you ran a company and failed, please do not apply.
Able to run the company if other's are not avaliable and times possibly make complete business decisions.
Able to oversee other employees under your position.

Bascically you will be in charge of support and at times running the company if I (the owner) must leave town. You will need to be responsible and have a set time during which you can work. This basically what I would call a general manager type of position.

This may at one point turn into a co-ownership position in the company.

Pay will be negotiated, but do not expect a high salary as the company is just starting out but it will increase as the company does. You will need to work with the company during our initial start up.

You must have referrences and be able to talk on the phone, and through a instant messaging program such as AIM.
