I signed up here months ago and made a few posts on and off. I didn't post for about 2 weeks and when I came back I'd cleared my cache, forgotten my password and requested it be reset.

It was only after I got accused of suddenly signing up to make a post by another member that I realised my history had vanished!

Is this something to do with cookies? My being inactive for a couple of weeks? Something stupid I did to wipe it?

Our records show you signed up on August 26 2004. Maybe you had a different name before?

It was definitely the same name because it is the only one I ever use online. Even just with the records showing August though, I made posts at the end of August and even those seem to have vanished.

Somewhere in my mailbox I have my original sign-on details that date back to March sometime.

Weird. Not a major issue. I was just curious and wondering if it was something in the way the board worked.

Thanks. I'll go digging when I have a moment. As I said though, it's not the end of the world. More me wanting to know if I had somehow done something.
