For the 3rd time in 18 months I find myself looking for a dedicated server provider.

My first was a cobalt raq3 - I am not interested in cobalt servers.

My current server is on a Linux machine with WHM/Cpanel.

I like the system when it’s operating properly. However the Support Service in Little to None. Fixes don’t stay fixed.

My requirements are:

Most important! a real Emergency Support Number that is available 7/24.
A real person to talk to before I make a commitment.
References from current clients
Unique IP address for domains (150 accounts and growing)
WHM/Cpanel – or equal
Competitive pricing.

Maybe if I had checked references before I would not have the problems I do now.

Checking references is always a good idea... although you may want to post who you want to host with here and ask for opinions as often hosts when asked for references, will naturally give references of customers they havent had problems with even though the rest of their client base is dissatisfied.

You can bet I will list the choice and look real close at what is said
