Can someone tell me which script should I use to get my clients to Order a plan & pay me? I use Ikobo, just to clarify this.

Also, can someone explain me the billing procedure in detail. Like how do I know who paid me & has the money reached my account & then what do I do etc. etc.

I use ClientExec, and find this to be a very easy client management system. I am not familiar with the one that you mentioned, but I am sure that it works in a similar way.

ClientExec has a pass-back URL for different payment gateways (like 2Checkout, Paypal, etc..) that is access by the payment gateway once an order has completed. It basically sends information to a script saying that a client has paid, and is ready to be activated.

This information is listed on the main page of ClientExec, and has a little area showing whether a user has paid or not. It can also filter out a user list and show those that need to pay, or have paid and await activation. This is a pretty common format and feature, so I'm sure that most will do this.

To see if payment has reached your account, you would have to login to the payment gateway and check, or check the bank account that it would deposit to. I check my 2Checkout account nightly to see which payments have dropped, and then check my bank account to see if the money has actually hit it.

Can u gimme ClientExec's website. Ikobo is a Payment Gateway. How do u know which client has paid from ur Payment Gateway. umm... :)

In the user's profile on ClientExec (which is created upon signing up) it lists which payment gateway they chose to use, and whether their payment has been made and accepted, or not.

We use modernbill. www.modernbill.com it has all of the features that you would even need.

As miakeru, said. ClientExe is easy to use, and dose what you want. Its very basic. More for resellers.
