Man, it's too bad I didn't find out about this site a month ago when I signed on with Igor....for three days.

It didn't take long to figure out that (since all of the voicemail boxes went to the "CEO") this firm was not as reputable as one would have thought from the HostSearch reviews and site text(ah well..live and learn).

After no response for several days, I moved my site and requested a refund...again...and again...and again. After a few weeks of this, I got concerned and cancelled the credit card I had signed up with. Which was appearently a good move, since I was sent a invoice notice a few days later, 3+ weeks after I had cancelled the account.

Much happier now in my new home....

Join the club, I signed up there about 2-3 weeks ago then heard nothing at all, so I emailed them and got not reply, I emailed them a few more times and still have had no reply.

The chap who owns Champion Hosts in actually posting on this forum, but I cannot understand if he isn't taking orders why he has enabled his signup page.

And also if he has his domain setup correctly with emails he must be receiving them and just ignoring them.

If it was me, I would reply with an apology and maybe an offer to keep the customer happy, and get him to signup when the site is active.

It's a bit too late for that for me. I had no hard feelings about leaving until he started igrnoing my e-mails. Ath this point, there isn't anything he could do to restore MY trust.

I think that is the most anoying part, is having emails ignored.

Anyway hope you get on with your new host.
