Anybody here in the know regarding the top 3 or 4 law firms in the USA for internet matters?
I suppose most firms have a partner or dept dealing with it, but who are acknowledged as the biggest or best?
Thanks..

I'd suggest going through the WIPO's past rulings on domain resolutions. You'll find in there who represents each company. You can even see who won ;)... which should help you make a good choice in the future.

I noticed this thread began two years ago, but I'll go ahead and state that lawyers may specialize in a particular area. Specializing in the Internet, is a very broad area.

It is a valid concern, though. We went through a lot of research to find an attorney who was well versed on the specifics of the Internet and Internet law.
A lot of the attorneys said they knew nothing about it but were willing to do research (at $150-300 per hour). We were not willing to pay someone to learn about it.
We finally found a good attorney. I would suggest doing the research to find someone who as a pretty good knowledge of what's going on specific to the Internet. It is no longer quite so difficult to find as it was a few years ago.
