- Dear Netmondo Hosting Customer,
Netmondo Web Services has been purchased by Full Service Hosting LLC, a Traverse City, Michigan based company. Full Service Hosting LLC has been hosting websites since 1999, and has a solid reputation in the industry. With an experienced staff and a dedication to customer support, we are looking forward to serving your needs now and in the future.

You will see little change in the way that your accounts are handled. You will still contact support @ netmondo.com for support issues, and your

billing system is still located at 4support.us / netmondo /

It is our understanding that you have received less than satisfactory customer support in the last few weeks. Please understand that your account is

now being managed by an established support team that is committed to your satisfaction. This team did not receive your previous support requests, and has had no indication of your support issues.

If you are having issues, please submit a new support ticket as soon as possible, keeping in mind that your new support team knows nothing of your current issues. We will do the very best we can to resolve each and every issue to the very best of our ability.

To start of continue paying with a credit card, you will need to make sure that the address in your billing profile matches the address to which your credit card companies send you your credit card statements and bills. This is our AVS system (Address Verification System) which reduces fraud and expedites payment processing.

If you are currently paying, or would like to pay via PayPal please send payments to:

sales @ fullservicehosting . com

Note - If you currently have a subscription account at a netmondo.com or a 4support.us account please cancel that subscription and update your
account at 4support.us / netmondo to reflect the correct payment method and information. We will still be accepting Paypal, but the change in ownership requires a system update. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

You can send personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks payable to:

Full Service Hosting LLC
PO Box 1957
Traverse City, MI 49685

You will be receiving continuing notifications regarding these matters and more information on the transfer of Netmondo Web Services to Full Service Hosting LLC in the near future and continuing. You may call us at 231-946-2324 if you would like to speak with a representative on the telephone.

Thank you, and have a great day!

Regards,

Michael Myles

Welcome to the NetMondo Member Center!

Funny things:
He deleted all support tickets (once again) but not a single bit of the billing info and profile.

The next support ticket is the next one left from the "other company"

The whois record of netmondo has always showed that Myles as the owner (including that Full Service Hosting LLC co).

---
Does he really expect me to believe all that blahblah of the *new great company* with a *big professional support staff*?!?!!? G I V E M E A B R E A K !!!

All I want is MY MONEY BACK... ITs (lack of) service has made me lose a lot of money so all I want is just terminate any relation between you an me and to get my money back.

Does he really expect me to believe that they have just adquired netmondo? How does he explain that the whois record shows his name since months ago? Check whois . sc / netmondo . com dudes...

Does he really expect me to believe that the new company does know nothing on the customer issues? How does he explain that they deleted ONLY the support tickets (once again, by the way) and not the profile info and billing info??? Thanks God I've PDF copies of all and every important page backed up.

Does he really believe that we are such a fools? C'mon!

I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!

God! It seems that I'm the only stupid in this world that bought his services... Are there any other netmondo customer having this problem???

Hello,

Im not in that city .. Anyhow .. I started this week .. Zion just what are your infering ???

Please let me know why being one hr away is important ???

I hope thats not some sort of threat .. ??

Because the people who did this to Netmondo are long gone ..

If I could I might look em up .. And that is a threat ..

Because this week has been HELL putting this back in order .. and that work will continue ..

Make up your mind folks .. You think I jest .. Hardly .. What happened to this company pisses me off .. and you can yell all you want .. I am picking up the pieces ..

I have been following this thread, and I decided to post. I have a feeling that their service will not get better. Please read on.

I got the same e-mail which www_mystamps_net posted earlier from Netmondo. I sent my reply to them within 2 minutes to let them know some problems with cpanel. After 3 days, they send a generic message.

I cannot really believe what the say here. They haven't replied to my inquiry even after 5 days. I don't think many people replied back faster than I did because I replied within 2 minutes. Maybe their definition of "timely manner" is different from average people. If I don't hear from them after this long, it doesn't seem they will be replying.

This is another strange act by Netmondo after the ownership got changed to Full Service Hosting.

Since I was fed up with the new ownership, I decided to move my site to SiteGround. When I transfered my site to Netmondo in last January, somehow my name stopped showing up as administrative contact into whois and the domain got locked. Registerfly showed as administrative contact. I contacted Netmondo about this when I noticed this in January, but they never replied.

Since I'm aware of this, I asked my new host company sitegound if there's any problem with the transfer. They said that I needed to contact Registerfly to have my domain unlocked first. So, I contacted Registerfly via e-mail first. But it didn't get unlocked after 2 days. I did a livechat with Registerfly, the name of the Registerfly representative was Robin, and Robin unlocked the domain for me.

As soon as my domain was unlocked, I contacted SiteGround and they initiated the transfer. Registerfly is the one approving the domain transfer. Robin said that Registerfly automatically approved the transfer within 7 days. Meanwhile, Robin at Registerfly told me that I needed to contact Nedmondo to get the name server changed. I didn't really want to contact Nedmondo, but I informed Netmondo of my intent.

The next day I checked the information of my domain on whois. The administrative contact has been changed to Netmondo, to my surprise. It seems Netmondo is doing everything they can not to let customers go to someone else. I contacted my new host company SiteGroud and asked them if it's going to make any differences to transfer, they said that the it's still unlocked, so it should be OK.

What makes me mad is that they are not replying to any support e-mails, but as soon as they discover someone is moving to another host, they put on their act and change the administrative contact to themselves.

I think all customers from Netmondo should change their hosts to someone else and just simply stop dealing with them any more. It's obvious that the new owner doesn't care much about his customers.

This is off the topic, but I think SiteGround is a very good company. I get their reply within 10-15 minutes, and they answer everything I ask.
