when i see netstat -anp or see the apache status from whm , i realize that maybe 80% of the requests are waiting , and the rest are established and some of them are keepalive

i have the keepalive on
keepalive timeout 15

Min spare 5
Max spare 15
maxkeep alive requests 100 (and i tried 150 after that)
max clients 250

what can be the reason ???

Turn off Keepalive

Or set less timeout.
