They make you blind bid on domain names, eventually they bid against their customers by concealing auction information, forcing people to their limits for the domain they want even if there is no other bidder. No other auction site has done this. It is not fair, it is not legitimate and it is simply a rip off. If you want a fair domain marekt email them and protest or ban them.

I have also noticed that if you backorder a domain by them and then delete it from your backorder list they still go ahead and grab the name and put it in their auctions, shrewd are they.

Yep, and during the auction, when the timer goes down, its not really over. Once that last minute is up, another 5-10 minutes is added. This goes on a few times, so you never really know when the auction is over. So this means, everyone who wants the name will bid a lot during the last minute, of each round, since they don't know if its the last round.

Second, you never really know if anyone else is really going after the domain. Their employee's could easily enough be bidding against you.

Expiring domain's market was over.
We never get a profit in expiring domains. The lucrative companies are the auction companies like Pool.com, eNom Club Drop, NameWinner.com and SnapNames.com.

Successful bids of the auction are equal to the market prices or higher.

I dont use pool unless I really need the domain, and even then...

As far as drop services extracting more than market value: if this were true then people wouldn't keep paying and prices would drop. Obviously someone knows how to convert these domains into money. I think there is still money to be made off the drop, but it isn't easy. Maybe the domains are worth more to some people than most resellers would think, another option.
