I am trying to create a site satistics for my website. I actually was hoping for exactly like this ...

I am trying to do on a asp.net page, and have zero knowledge in programming. I have multiple sites and i want to calculate the outgoing bandwith from the NIC level and the total number of files in the directory.

I have been searching high and low for SNMP tools and NOT A SINGLE one works, at least NOT WITHOUT ANY MONEY!!!!! ... and we are not talking about 30bucks or 40bucks .. but about 800bucks to 2000bucks ... its simple ridiculous. I saw awstats and it has a bandwith, but then it is only for one site at a time and it does not support asp.net.

I believe maybe php has some scripts, but then how can i include a php into a aspx page? ... dont think it is possible.


Can someone give me some pointers?

Actually, i am trying to get it done without paying for it. I am pretty sure it could be done with scripts.

I have. But I would like to get those free scripts. If i have to learn to modify them, i wouldnt mind.

But what i dont wish to do , is to pay these sort of ridiculous prices to get a FREE API like SNMP from microsoft.

I dont make a lot of money, and i have less then 10sitws.

awstats does not support .net. and it only supports one site at a time. i want to do something like www.webwithoutlimits.com/main.aspx

You really need to rent a coder and spend some $$ to get a small utility to attain this task.
As I said in another thread, with an example, it's a very simple and easy process to calculate the bandwidth and everything you want.
I don't think that you can get a free script of this kind but, Good Luck ;).
