K, I guess this is a security issue, I have recieved 12 orders for hosting from webmaster@balicity.ws in the last 3 days. upon closer inspection I learned that each order had a Diff CC#, none matched the address's for the CC's, nor the names matched either, Card Service confirmed this for me and I have canceled the orders, so just a heads up for yall.. look very closely at any orders from balicity.com..
oh yea, each was ordered from a different IP as well.. Mouse

I had the same the last two days but not from the one you mention. Watch out. Yesterday "a client" signed up with two different IP's, he tried two different CC's until one went trought :D After finding out we deleted the account and refunded the money but today he was back again and signed up for another domain :eek:
