Sometime back I read something about a service that selects keywords for you. This service had a 7 day plan. Does anyone know the name of this service?

You may be talking about wordtracker.com. They don't exactly "select keywords for you," but provide a great tool for researching and performing that task yourself. They offer subscription terms from one day to one year, including 7 days. There's also a free trial, but you don't full access to the most useful tools if you choose that.

I wouldn't think that a service that selects keywords for you would have a "7 day plan" or anything involving such a short period of time. It'd either be a one-time thing, or over a period of time long enough to evaluate the effectiveness of the terms chosen and move to different ones if appropriate.

Google Adwords recommends additional keywords for you. Some are not bad at all. It always depends on what you are targeting with your ads. Even with web hosting there are quite a few niche areas for good and affordable keywords.
