I was in need for one game server, and USA was a bit to slow
(around 130 from Europ + usual lag), so I was need for something
faster and the only way to get that, was to get server somewhere in Europ.

I purchased a P4 3.0GHz server on the special they had.

Access data for the server was sent to me five hours after I have
confirm the purchased. Everything was there, as orderd.

Support: support is very fast at replying to support
tickets. Its very handy to have 24/7 staff actually present in the
datacentre and buying directly servers and not from reseller - of
reseller - of reseller......blah blah....

That is a huge bonus for us, no need to wait for support staff
to drive down to/rely on TeleHouse/Redbus etc anymore which had
been my experience with handful of other providers

They also offer a managed package included in the price
and did my kernel upgrade within 5 mins for free (I was chuffed).

Network: Has been 100% and with the addition of gige to Level(3)
last week (there was no down time during process) things are looking very
good with the network - I have been testing game server and pings are very stable.

Price: Very good pricing for what you get i.e.
bandwidth / server spec / 24/7 support.

Overall rating: A+ would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking
for a high quality, high bandwidth dedicated servers in Europe.

I can't comment on their services because I'm not a customer, but I've had the pleasure of visiting their facility near London and met with the staff as well as the ownership. They have what they say they have, they are who they say they are, and I'd encourage anyone looking to have a server in the UK or Europe to contact them.

I've had a test server there for the last 2 months, simply to test the network, hardware and response times.

Havent run into any problems as yet and all looks quite peachy. :)
