Support and phone calls are un-answered, our server has been down for one hour.. Does anyone know if they are staffed 24/7??

Tried numerous times to call them at 4am-7am, get a "no one at the noc response". This was after we cannot get a response for over 30minutes via email...

Come on, why is it taking over 30mins to reboot a server......... :angry: DN was good, but is today a holiday or something, whats with the slow response.. can someone give them a call now and check.

Did you receive a Trouble Ticket confirmation with ticket number when you sent in your support request?

ok got a response, but it was pretty rare that support was this slow and wasnt responding.. maybe DNOW was busier today than other days. And why is it so funny that a response was posted 4 mins after I wrote a thread on here, yet there was no reply for over 30 minutes to my tickets today regarding the server issues. lol
