I posted this a while back, but I just ended up disabling mod_Gzip because of the following reason. I had a client contact me a while back, saying they had reports of users, and had experienced this themselves, that they were getting "garbled" pages when loading there sites. I again just recently got this again from another client. I can only assume that it is Mod_Gzip, as I don't think anything else would be responsible for it. My server is usually sitting at no more than 60% mem usage and approx .50 cpu usage ( at the most ). Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? Perhaps some sort of conflict with another peice of software on the server or module? 99.9995% of the time it works perfectly. Its really bugging me and I want Mod_Gzip up because we already burn through a good 100 GB with it enabled with potential for a lot more.. this is going to be a nightmare without it :(
