Just a small comment. I would start a little higher than that, because contracts, etc. will cost you more than the investment is worth.

I wouldn't offer a contract on an investment as low as $10... But I could offer other forms of security... as you are right, it would not be worth it.

Why not just go Public and List your IPO here ?

I do not wish to publish any plans of my business, I think if youhave ever run any business before you would understand why a person may feel this way.

Maybe hes afraid someone would steal his ideas, and a business
dependant on their new ideas would be hurt if someone else
came out with a similar product, but then again I could be wrong.

I am sorry if I offended you, I did not mean it that way. I merely meant that if you run a business you should know that there are times when publishing information would not be wise. Sometimes it is information that is very sensitive and important, it can range from what Mafukie said, to information that could hurt your business for other reasons.

Once again I am sorry for the misunderstanding, I did not mean it that way.

Also, its not that I won't post business information, just not information about what I am planning, or doing at this time.

Aren't we all?:D I think (most) people are going to ask for a business plan, if/when they want to invest in your business.
