I may have posted this on the wrong board so here is another try... sorry....
I am looking for a new reseller account and am considering this company. I have emailed a few times and get fast and professional responses....
I am a beginner and need a little handholding and they seem to welcome me - not like my present reseller whom I will name once I have my sites transferred!
One main item that interest me is their offer of sitestudio. That is a big weakness of mine - site building and ftp... so this would keep me runing while I learn.
Any comments, suggestions are appreciated!

I tried there 25mb free offer for about a month and decided to go with them.
Have been on the paid plan for a bit over a month now and don't see any problems arising.
When I was looking into them it was hard to find out anything about them (this I decided was a good thing as "bad news" travels fast :)
Looks like they have been running for a bit over a year (from the waybackmachine).
I'm just interested in learning what I can about building my own website and basically how it all works.
I got a great deal with tons of goodies to learn about (this leaves me with room for expansion as I learn)
All questions sent to them where answered within 24hrs (which is fine as I'm on the other side of the world).
DNS setup was a breeze, cPanel and Fantasico etc are great.
I have not found a script or programme which I am unable to run on the server yet so thats all good.
Your mention of the site builder sounds ok. I prefer to break things and put them back together but if it makes your job easier go for it.
I had only noticed one 'hickup' before signing but it was nothing major.
As you may notice from the above, I am very happy with the service.
Good luck with what ever you decide.

If they're giving you fast responses and according to wiredkiwis they're a great host then I don't see anything from stopping you. Do a search on the host and see what you find and look at other hosts as well while you're doing that because it wouldn't hurt you and you might even find a better host.
Good luck!
