I was told by microsoft that you must join this program in order to resell dedicated sservers with microsoft software, there is information that states, that i pay a monthly fee based on the amount of dedicated server customers that I have using WIndows 2000 Server. However, my question is, how much does it cost for each server licenses? I know some people here sell windows dedicated servers. thanks

Very interesting, thanks for the link.

The problem is that MS does not really know their own license policies. Try calling MS again (different office) and ask the same question, you will get a different answer everytime. I will ask our MS rep about it.

sal can be expensive it depends on what featured u have installed win2k server or win2k advanced server
active directory, sql server, exchange server,

in my experience, or from what i have heard in discussions with microsoft project managers is
its cheaper to just go cals for each server in the long run

the price varies on a sal for the number of clients u will have and some other options
