Yap, all kidding aside I would really like to see this implemented. And I'm sure many others as well, just look at the response here! :)

As it is now, its a small link at the footer.
It doesn't stand out, and in reality you most likely will miss it if you dont know where to look for it.

Of course you should know its there, you should also know the rules, you should also search, you should also a lot of things. Sadly, somethings really do need to be painfully obvious to get enough attention.
