I need to find a hosting provider that offers a resellers account.

What I am looking for is a company which offers very good bandwidth &
space, a lot of domains, unlimited if poss. I do not what to be charged
fortunes to add domains. Also they have to except adult sites as I would like to offer both.

It has to be a main company not any reseller selling reseller accounts. I need a decent control panel.
Any suggestions?

why dont you just get a dedicated server if you want unlimited domains and great bandwidth

I would if I could find one cheap enough. As I am only just starting out I am a little short on funds.

I got made redundant a while back and have decided to host for a living, cause I know about this, but my funds are running low.
Thanks

ecommercediscovery.com (http://www.ecommercediscovery.com/hosting/reseller.html) allow legal adult content.

Thanks for that, looks good, are you the owner of the site?

I'm a bit of a newbie to this, I know quite a bit but some things I have never asked before, when you give ips out how many sites can you host on 1 ip, if its multiple whats the difference in having 1 ip, and multiple ips.
And what control panel is used cause there demo seems to be down [page not found]
Thanks just need some basics explained to me

I wish:D:D

I do know though that ecommercediscovery (like most hosts) prefer their resellers to use name based hosting for the domains.
using name based accounts you can host a lot of domains on just one IP:)

Usually a dedicated IP's are generally used for your nameservers, SSL certificates(maybe wrong on this one) and if you wish to offer anonymous FTP.

They use Cpanel on their accounts and as a reseller you get access to Web Host manager to manage your clients domains.

venturesonline.com (http://www.venturesonline.com/info/demos.html) have a working demo of Cpanel and WebHost Manager:)

You can try cyberwings.com (http://www.cyberwings.com/partners/resellers/index.html) for a Plesk demo. The link to the demo is about half way down page.

If I get a dedicated server, I would properly need a bit of help
How easy are they to run.
If I could get someone to help me run it and lend a hand to support questions etc. They could run their own site on the server for how much space they need. Even maybe run their own reseller plan for free.
I am really looking for someone friendly and in the UK. So we can communicate by phone.

If anyone is interested send me a private message to discuss this further.

I have spent weeks looking for a decent provider and every time I seem to find one there are customers knocking it. So I am at a loss really.

Try HostMatters.com, McHost.com. :)

(1) HostMatters.com with several pre-defined hosting packages you can resell. Low starting Fee ($20/M).
The best techinical support I have ever had. They do care their customers. Answer every email I sent to them. I have 2 accounts (non-reseller) with them from 09/2000.
No much infomation about their reseller account, but I think you can get the same or better services than I have.

(2) McHost.com with bulk reseller account. Good support, and powerful server configuration(Dual PIII-866 CPU, 1G Ram).
McHost give you some helpful scripts(helpdesk/signup/network status). More technical-oriented, they create their own control panel (VirtualCP). I just have 3 months experiences with them. They do want to be the No.1 reseller provider I believe.

You should try their services to find out which one meet your needs. But keep in mind, no one is perfect.
