we only have sata raid - and that would be a one time charge of 249 to have 2 1120 gig sata drives in raid.
JHServers 09-20-2004, 09:21 PM Have you moved to 2000 GB in+out combined or is it still 1000 in + 1000 out?

Ulysses 09-21-2004, 07:46 PM Hello sailor,
We currently have a reseller account with a host using gnax box. Box ok, reseller not ok.
Although web hosting is a small part of our total business, we're at a point where we may need to get our own box simply to control the downstream quality of service provided, as resellers are so very unreliable. However, we're unsure about the complexities of managing our own box.
I see you can rent a basic box and upgrade in time as required. That's good. But what about keeping the software updated and generally monitoring the box. How time consuming is that. Do we need to hire a full-time techo for this?
At US$160/hour service we could spend a lot of money on the learning curve.
Ulysses
Also, do you take Amex?

yes we take amex - I am not aware of your level of expertise - sometimes they can be quite cumbersome. we do our best to support everyone under our managed defintion - hopefully you can learn quickly - however I will tell you if you are having problems with one - we have a lot of great resellers - check out our list. pm me if you need more help.

sh0jir 09-28-2004, 02:27 AM Hi,
I'm very interested in your offer:
P4 2.4 - 4
$139/month Free installation
512 MB RAM
80 GB Hard Drive and 60 gig backup drive
1000 GB Transfer/month
Remote APC Reboot
I'd be happy with this plan for a while, but if I want to upgrade to more advanced server, would you provide such service to move the site (w/ fee)? also, would you provide invoice of some sort on a monthly basis? we'd appriciated this as we do business in japan and they like documents..
thanks.

they are all one time fees - and can be turned into monthly fees by dividing them by 6.
