Please Jason, don't include things that are false. We have a dedicated server at pwebtech and it was down a few moments ago. We called twice only to find a full message/voice box that would not allow us to leave messages. We then emailed unixded@pwebtech.com, it has been several hours and no reply. Our dedicated server has been down now for 4 hours and there is no one responding at pwebtech. We tried all phone numbers, email contacts. We have lost about 7 new signups because of this and in additional we will lose about $3,760 this month because we have to credit the 210 users on that box. Thanks for your wonderful 24/7 support.

Yes, very quality bandwidth. Too bad it's hard using this quality bandwidth when it was not available for hours at a time in the past few days.

It isn't false. There are TWO seperate #'s the main line normal business ours AND the NOC line which is 24/7. Obviously you dialed the WRONG #.

I can vouch for Jay,
His emergency support number is offered at the NAC which is really 24/7. I mean this is not managed services, unixded@pwebtech.com will try their best to assist you in a timely fashion unless you would want to pay hourly for immediate assistance.
BTW Jay,
Is this offer still available? I'm interested in another server :)

i did hear this story on another thread about the same comapny from a different customer complaining about the same issues lol
