Hi!

I'm trying to change my name servers, but Joker wont approve them.

When I try to change the existing name servers with new name servers, it'll says:

ns1.xxxxxxx.org cannot be used because the domain is not registered. You can register here.


I don't get it.. although the name servers are already hosting over 60 domains, so I think they are registered. :o

is the xxxxxxxxxx.org a registered domain?

Yes it is.. I noticed that other people have same kind of problems too.

could be something wrong at joker then

any other domains are hosted on the ns1.xxxxxxxxx.org ? try hosting a domain on it somewhere at some other registrar and re-try at joker, might be the nameserver is not synced with the .ORG registry

Yes it hosts over 60 domains.
I'll try what you suggested.

try to be an .org from other registrar could help

Have you tried entering IP address instead of FQDN?

Also check if zone on your nameserver is configured properly.
