Its a very simple question. Who do you think is better for a new but reliable & good newbie reseller account.

I'm looking for testimonials as well as first impression, comparitive study etc. Who is better quality as well as budget-wise. Especially, If u have been with either of these two, please do give me your opinions.

Choice 1:
http://www.zoneserv.com

Choice 2:
http://www.turnkeyresellers.com/index.php?id=r_plans

Thanks in advance for all your comments.

PS: I had a question ZoneServ.com. Your have been praising Turnkey umm... is there any reason. I mean ur prices are better than them.

I was looking into theyrs web hosting data.

And http://www.turnkeyresellers.com/index.php?id=r_plans

looks a lilte better than the other that looks to be starting company..

http://whois.webhosting.info/turnkeyresellers.com

Datacenter Used (THEPLANET.COM)

http://whois.webhosting.info/zoneserv.com

Datacenter used (interserver.net)

I my opinion they are only cheaps.

If you are looking a cheap reseller.. Maybe turnkeyresellers.com will fit you..

I'm currently with Zoneserv. Not for very long, only about a month.

Gil who is the owner of Zoneserv, is a nice guy, mostly. :)

Apart from once I was talking about adding additional IPs to him, and when I said the IPs for my clients might be black listed and he goes a bit angry (replied my Email with one line which I think is a bit rude).

HOWEVER, Gil is really great both on fixing my account's problems and offering good and kindly support.

So far so good. Although there was a downtime for about 2 hours this month. I still consider Zoneserv as a reliable company.

That's 2 to ZoneServer & 1 to Turnkey. Hmm... one thing, I've been wondering are ZoneServer reliable. In the sense, that are they gonna stay for another year or so.

Just for the record Turnkey Hosting has been in business going on 3 years.

I would search more hosts than just these two. Number one mistake is choosing a few hosts and forcing yourself to choose one. I'd suggest that you keep searching and that you email hosts asking for custom plans.

I've been in the business for a while to know what type of mistakes are the big ones. Especially in the gaming industry. Just my opinion.

Yeah, I agree wit you Yazan, but I've narrowed my choice. When I begun, I had-

EBG
TurnkeyResellers
ZoneServ
HostGator
Join India
My friend
And lots More...

These 2 fit in my budget & are reliable. I think that EBG is good too cause they have seen around for a lot of time like Turnkey.

Its very difficult to choose, I just wanna earn enough to get my own server.

Well I accidentally got into this game about a year ago. First with Peoples Choice Internet (Servers UP/DOWN alot had clients complaining and had no one to contact the SERVERS WHERE DOWN) so I switched to One Stop Server everything was great int the begining then they went down for the first time and I got really poor service through Email I think it was "Chill out Dude" or something to that effect. I then tried to do a backup and the cpanel icon was missing servers are up/down alot. Come to find out from post they dont exist anymore, thanx for the warning wheres my 49 dollars I paid in advance????

THEN ROB STEPPED INTO MY LIFE! I have not regreted a thing. He is courteous and RESPOND QUICKLY to any quesion I have. He has a 1800 number and his cell is on his web site. Now thats service. It really doesnt matter how much you pay when you get GREAT Customer Service thats what its all about.

Don't put all your eggs in one basket.

I mean, what would happen if your *gasp* server goes down? That would mean all your clients complaining to you at the same time...but by spreading your accounts, everything doesn't go down all at once.

I would also advise you to host your hosting site, support, point of contact, etc at another host in case your reseller account goes down and no one would be able to contact you.

Well Turnkey is going to be my third Host, other than DDI and Kualo.

With recent posts on zoneserv and Gazzin, I will not reccomend them at all. I have to live with DDI as already having account with them.

Has anyone experimented with hostnetway or pixelhosting. Initially they were in my list as well.

Kualo I got a good deal, but for an year only, will see later about that. So far they are best.

Folks wish me all the best.

I actually had a webiste hosted with hostnetway for 3 or 4 months. Allways had good uptime and serive as well. I then bought a reseller package from them and service and support has been 2nd to none. They have 1-800 number and many other ways to contact them if needs be, but needs usally dont be..lol thats who i choose....I dont work for them in any way shape or form. Just buy service and service is good. My 2 cents..

Zoneserv is getting worse and worse. In the last few days and weeks, the server is getting to crowded.
I never see a CPU Load below 5, today it was even up to 20!! The MySQL-Server is unaivalable quite a lot
and Apache often fails as well. It's a pain in the a** to do something in CPanel, because it takes forever! I monitor
the server and the uptime is getting lower as well. In the beginnin everything was allright, but right now it's just
unacceptable.

I know zoneserv reads here, so I advice you to split the server, or otherwiese you're going to lose me and in the long
run many many more customers.

With the recent downtime and the slow servers, I would stay far away from Zoneserv. I may be requesting a full refund for hosting and power reseller privileges soon.

I don't think ping has that much affect on service when it comes to webhosting unless it's really high.

I have just left ZoneServ and currently have a reseller account on a friend's server (at least i have their phone number :P)

No offense to Gil at ZoneServ, but I have lost confidence.
When I tell a customer "We're working on it" I need to be confident that it is being worked on and will be fixed soon.

When I saw ZoneServ I was amazed at how much you got for $15 a month (SilverZ package). But Remember, you don't need anywhere near that much space/transfer when you're starting out.
Turnkey has a $20 package that seems great for starters. It just seems much more realistic.

I have been with Turnkey for over 4 months and have nothing but tremendous respect for Rob.

The guy goes the extra mile every time and takes great care to ensure that his servers are running cleanly. He has a totally service oriented mindset which includes answering the 1-800 at 3am (I know because I inadvertently called him at that time from Tokyo!).

IMHO Turnkey is the hosting industry's best-kept secret.
