I have someone who wants to order my service, but they want to make a payment with a money order.

Now say if they was in the USA, and I am in Canada.

When they get the money order there money is in USD, so when they send it to me I will get the money in USD, but where do I get it changed at? a bank, cause where it is in USD.

Hope this makes sence.

Hi, I am in the UK and i have received postal orders etc and i know you can pay them into banks or post offices so i would say you can get them changed at a bank, after all what else are they there for lol
Maybe you should go into your local bank and check first though!

just cash it in at your local Canada post office, I think that's what I did...

if that dosn't work then try at your closest bank

So that 50 USD will be converted to canadian money here when I get the money order?

If you're in Canada, take the cost and go to www.xe.com change it into USD, and give them the converted price. They send the money order to you, you should be able to cash it at any bank or post office, and you'll have the approximate same amount in CAD as what you started with :) It's a bit more work with customers across the border, but it's worth it.

Sometimes the way I word things, I even confuse myself!

all you have to do is deposit it into your bank account --the bank will take it from there
