The Internet Traffic report, for an overall, although slightly skewed view: http://www.internettrafficreport.com/

But my favorite is Keynote's Internet Health Report:

I was going to post www.internethealthreport.com but found out it's the same as www.internetpulse.net :)

It will give you a broader picture over time, its not real time at all, but averaged over a long period of time to see overall performance
