Hi,
one of my users get's the errors attached in the files while trying to manage his domain.
I understand that's a problem because it looks like he goes throught a caching proxy when connecting to the internet.
How can this be solved? :(

Oh yes, that wonderful error message :(
The controlpanel uses port 81. Some ISP's block port 81
If port 81 is blocked...they get the access denied error.
Until last weekend I only had this problem occur with customers in Vietnam. I lost 3 Vietnamese customers before I discovered that all Vietnam ISP's block port 81 by default.
However last weekend a person from The Netherlands signed up. Same problem. However in his case it was not the ISP that was blocking port 81 but his firewall.
so, in nutshell what Pilgrim was saying is that it really can't be fixed unless you're cliet's, ISP unblocks port 81 on their firewall. :)

I believe the system may be an ACL (Access control list) url based and is often run on both internal network gateway software and isp proxies. One typical url referance system being the smartfilter system.
SmartFilter Control List
Our Control List consists of millions of URLs grouped into 30 different categories. And you can add your own customized lists as well!

non standard secure?
Your isp would have to have a 100% open policy i would think, apart from the closed 81 port. In the UK BT operates an open policy, any port no url filters.

I had this problem with my DSL provider until I turned off the automatic lan settings in my browser.
At least this is what I think it is, the squid server is getting confused.. or windoze is getting confused. Or I'm getting confused..
